Complaints
Timber is a natural product and movement in the timber, although highly unlikely, can occur. This can be caused by changes in the environment and or extreme levels of heat or moisture. We cannot be held responsible for any timber movements but will attempt to rectify any situation.
The owner of the property has the responsibility for ordering the correct sizes. This may be delegated to the builder, project manager, architect but not our joiner. Our joiner is responsible if he has not made your order to within tolerance of the specified size.
Any damages caused during delivery should be notified immediately by email to us.
Measuring and window sizes
Costs have been kept low as we expect you, or your architect, builder or project manager to provide and check all measurements and allow for suitable clearance. We will provide clear drawings for you to check the sizes and will be pleased to advise you what to check for. We recommend at least a 5mm tolerance on each side of the window or door frame.
